SAM Mate helps multilingual frontline workers read, adjust and confirm pre-task safety wording in a familiar language. The worker still completes the organisation’s existing form personally.
A completed Take 5 or pre-task form does not always show whether every term was understood. Repeated typing, unfamiliar safety vocabulary and switching between tools can make the process harder than it needs to be.
SAM Mate adds a preparation and learning layer. It is designed to support a better conversation, not produce an automatic safety record.

Read the English term with plain-language support and edit what does not fit.
Move the checked wording into the existing official process and submit it yourself.
The prototype is moving from a single setting toward a configurable structure. An authorised content owner could maintain the local form link, approved wording, interface choices and reusable task library for each operation.
I’m looking to learn from HSEQ, remote operations and digital improvement practitioners. I can show the current prototype privately and discuss what a sensible, governed test would need.
